"This place is a total disaster! When it comes to people skills they lack all phases. There are no records of payments that are made showing that you make monthly payments on your car. They don’t credit your money to your account but instead they take it and say you missed your payments & have the wrecker comes & pick the car up. They won’t give you a grace period. My advice to you people is don’t buy a car from this place."

"I got a car from them a year ago. Owner was very rude and tries to talk over you. I originally went to get a 2007 Nissan altima but the engine caught on fire and totaled the car in just three days. They gave me another car but they spark plugs came a loose on that car then finally they gave me 2009 Saturn and the messed up in that one. I wouldn't give them any stars but the google won't let me do that."

"Well , I feel as if my feeling was hurt today , the sales guy and I talked very good yesterday , but today , it was as if he didn't care if we made a deal or not , he told me that he could sale this car in 7 days , and that the deal was on the car , and there was no room for any type change , now I still want the car , and I'm welling to pay the offer on the car , but I just felt hurt , maybe he was very busy , but my feeling was truly hurt.."

"I bought an overpriced car from this carlot, service was slow, had an older gentleman said to me if i couldn't give 500 more dollars then I would have to fix my own radio then once everything went through it took two salespeople and hour and a half to find out who had my car which was supposedly being clean which it wasn't then instead of them bring me my car I had to have a friend take me to pick it up and to make it worse they gave me the one and only key that had duct tape wrapped around the key to keep it from coming apart and i had to pay 150.00 to get another which was cheaper than me buying one from the dealership! !! I was very very annoyed"
