Publix Super Market at Albany Square

"Deli staff with the hot food was not very welcoming. I've lived away and just moved back and too tired to cook. One thing I can rely on no matter what city is getting hot fresh baked/fried entrees from Publix go home add pasta or salad and have a hot dinner for my family. But the staff acted as if we were bothering her so we just said forget it."

"Grocery clerk very kind, but the staff @ the pharmacy are so rude. Snippy attitude, the only polite employee out of the 5 was a young woman identified by her name tag as Melita. She was so helpful and compassionate"

"Awesome store where every staff person speaks and makes the visit welcoming. They actually stop whatever they're doing if it appears to them you need help finding something, they don't hesitate to ask and show you where to find it. I was amazed at how many staff members greeted me and offered help throughout the store as I shopped. I love Publix!"

"They really need to get some more sandwich makers on the back because one simple mistake she walked away from the make table to address an issue with a kid like do better other than that I like this store but the lady was hella rude I’ll just go to lee County Publix instead cause if you don’t have patience don’t apply to work FYI SHE WAS THE RUDEST ONE BY FAR!!!"

"The Publix store was extraordinarily clean, completely stocked, and the baked goods were extra fresh. Pleasant shopping experience. I live 3 hours away and dropped my niece off at the university. We had to pick up her some snacks and other goodies before heading back. Next time I'm in town I will return."
