"I got my eyebrows done here and there were screaming kids running around the entire time. One of the kids came into the room and was so close to me as I was getting waxed and I could feel his breath on me. There’s no way that that is sanitary. Then when I went to pay I paid with my card but tipped in cash. I wrote CASH on the tip line on the receipt.. the next day I checked my bank and saw the pending charge was definitely not what the price of my wax was. This lady decided to give herself an extra tip!!!! UNREAL experience."

"I have not been to a salon for a manicure since covid. I have been doing my own gel nails. This has to be one of the worst nail salons I've ever visited. I received a mani/pedi for Christmas gift and arrived there on Fri evening around 5. Place was almost completely empty....should've been our first clue. We went straight to our pedis and received the same quality pedi that I would've gotten from one of the 2 kids that was running around and screaming the entire time. He didn't trim the cuticles or even attempt to get my issue ingrown toenails. I moved onto my mani where I came straight out and told the man not to grind down my nail beds..I have really strong natural, nails and all they need is a little buffing with emery board to apply the gel polish. He agreed and then proceeded to what I thought was just taking the top coat off my existing polish to remove it. This isn't what happened at all! He grinded my nails down to the point that they are paper thin! He cuts my finger while trimming my cuticles and just kept cutting after I started bleeding! He chuckled after asking me if it hurt.. This is going to take 6+ months to grow back out. I got home that night to find that they were already lifting from the sides. I barely made it through work Saturday without them peeling up. I had to spend my Saturday evening for 4 and a half hours very carefully taking them off due to them being so fragile and thin. The only positive for this place is the massage chairs! Don't go there if you want them done right!!! Unfortunately it won't let me post the numerous photos I took of the disaster."

"Very good prices. But not worth it as I've had to pay another place to fix nails. I asked for the breast cancer ribbon in pink. The guy doing my nails argued and said he was going to use white not pink. I insisted they had to be pink. After he finally used pinkie was wrong shade as well as the design was horrible. Had to pay another place to do as I asked. I was done dealing with him"

"I have been here before and was fine with the results. I went in for a usual dip powder and should have known something was going to be "off" when the tech didn't remove all the previous dip powder. I like my nails thin and natural. After he layered on what seemed to be 5 layers of dip powder, and after I showed him places on the sides of my nails that had NO powder on them at all, he continue to layer more on. I asked that they be filed down thinner to look more natural, he continued to rush my nail job and now my nails seem like they are 6 inches thick. I'm waiting on the whole left thumb nail to come off because it's so thick. Don't rush a service I have to pay for. I'll find somewhere else to fix them... at my expense."

"Tom did amazing today with my SNS nails! He was very patient with me choosing 5 different colors and the blue glitter for my ring finger! He worked very quickly and also did a thorough job at the same time! In order to make my yellow nail more vibrant, he used white SNS before applying the yellow gel polish. Tom was also very funny! Great experience overall! Will be back! Updated photos below on my newest set! Thanks again to Tom!"
