"I went in for a full highlight and a cut. First of all, the prices of the services went up astronomically without warning. Next, when I was able to wash and dry my hair after a few days, I noticed that it was uneven and very heavy at the bottom. I looked like I had a mushroom cap haircut. Then, my daughter pointed out that the back of my head was still completely dark and not one highlight touched in that area. I asked for a partial refund since I only received a partial highlight and was denied that. I got my tip back and an apology. Just a big warning that if you are wanting a high-end service, this might not be the best place to receive that."
