"Employees are nice however the services are a joke. I got a deluxe pedicures and a regular manicure and spent way to much for nothing. My deluxe pedicure came with callus remover and that wasn't done.The hot stone massage lasted about 1 min per leg and the warm towels were the same. I was basically just a number for them. In and out. If you want a relaxing time away from kids definitely go else where."

"Nice salon but the techs on the other hand … not so nice. The main tech was rude at first because I wanted to know the price. I had read the reviews and was already apprehensive, so I wanted to make sure I had chosen the right nail shop. The abrasiveness and reviews should have warned me to walk away. Anyway, the woman who did the pedicure was fine and did an ok job but the gentleman that did my gel manicure on the other hand was not so good and rough around the edges. I had a cracked nail and he did nothing to try to mend it, even after I asked him about it. I also had to ask him to reshape my nails for uniformity but ended up giving up because it was pointless. I should have just done my nails at home in Valdosta instead of here. Please beware and think twice unless you want to waste your money for a mediocre job. You will be disappointed, and your nails will chip after two days guaranteed."

"I’ve been coming here since they first opened. I’ve had SNS done every time and by different people but Jenny is by far the best. She is quick, accurate and knows my style now. I’ve had a couple of times that I wasn’t 100% happy with other people but I gave it a second chance and I now see that they have only kept their best people on staff regularly. The pricing is no better or worse than other places but you get good service and very nice people along with it."
