"Great car wash for your basic car wash needs. I have the basic package and my car gets clean enough to say that I got it washed. The lines can get long on the weekends or evenings and holidays so try and avoid those times. I don't like the sticker being outside my windshield. Vacuum center good because all the vaccine have been working when I've gone."

"New manager and over all staff is horrible. I have had 2 memberships for 3 years now, 1 on each car but will cancel them before next renewal! Car wash isn’t working well and there was something still on my windshield, was told they do not use the brush there anymore. Manager said that can go to the location in Buckhead if I need my front window washed with brush. The membership went up to $32.99 a month without notice, looks like they would take care of the carwash so it works properly and help customers when asked specifically. Do not recommend the Old National Hwy. location the service had declined drastically over the last 6 months to a year!!!"

"Clean, quick, easy to get in and out. Reasonably priced Update 10/18/23- imagine going to your local car wash, purchase the Platinum package only for a heavy metal rod to crash into your windshield and to be dragged along your vehicle banging against the entire passenger side. Being scared that one of the windows are going to break and the chemicals will be on you, your daughter and your 1 year old grandchild. Who by the way is no longer soundly asleep due to this loud commotion. Jordan said it would be taken care of. A cracked windshield and window and chipped paint may not seem extreme to some but it definitely devalues my vehicle. And these issues will only get worse with time under the GA SUN."

"Not all Mister Car Wash are the same, this location is not full service, you drive your car through an automated wash and you have to vacuum yourself. The location has a lot of vacuum cleaners for their customers but that is about it. I did not see any towels to dry the car or any air freshener. The employees were friendly, however I am not sure why there is a request for a tip when they are not washing, drying or vacuuming your car. I personally thought the prices was a little high and will look for a place that does hand washing next time. This will be an emergency stop. My car did not come out clean, including the tires; the was provided lots of suds. I recommend vacuuming your car first then taking it through the wash because there is only one way in and out."
