"The people that work there wait 30 to 45 minutes to call you and claim they have no delivery driver even when it’s ordered through Dash or Uber and then wait to call you and tell you they can’t send you your food owner needs to check the guy working today 115 2024 because it’s the same guy that does it every time me or my family try to order. This is why this company is about to close because of the people that are hired there!"

"I’ve gone to this location several times. The last time, about a month ago, nothing was correct with the order. The only thing that was correct were the chips we asked for. The sandwiches were meat with a little mayo and 3 pieces of lettuce. When asked, they were out of both, but had not notified us. Not one of the drinks were correct either and when we asked about it, not one person seemed to care. Each individual worker stood there and looked at the other. There was no one trying to figure things out or apologize. Just nothing. What makes all of this worse is, I took the survey online and asked to be contacted to discuss my experience. That was a month ago and I still have not received a call back. So clearly the survey is just a “thing” to do. I live by the motto, once people show you who they are, believe them. We will not be back. Clearly."

"Ordered lunch for my co-teachers and myself to be delivered to our preschool. Over an hour after ordering, we get a call that the order has been cancelled because they didn’t have anyone to deliver it. I asked if I could come pick up our order instead and the employee said no, we already cancelled it. I asked why it took so long to inform us, the employees response was that they were busy. Unfortunately, we will never be ordering from this location again due to the poor service."

"Went to this location earlier this week and had about a 20 minute wait in the drive-through after I had mobile ordered. I talked this up to just been busy during the lunch rush so I can give it another chance today on a Sunday mobile ordered for my husband and I at 11:53 I pulled into Jimmy John’s about 1156 and proceeded to sit there and wait in line for two cars in front of me to go through the drive-through to went through and the one behind me left and I did not get my food until 1243. If you were trying to get lunch on your lunch break, don’t go to Jimmy John’s on Buford Drive. I would’ve love the option to cancel my order but that’s not available on the app and nobody came to the window and 30 minutes that I was sitting there one person came to the window at the very beginning it said they were working on my sandwich and then I do not see anyone for another 30 minutes at least. I know everyone is struggling with getting employees at this time, but come to the window and say I’m sorry we’re running behind. Would you like to cancel your order any of those options. Nobody did anything until I said excuse me really loud and the guy came running to the window with my sandwiches almost an hour after I ordered them. Update: got home and my sandwich had one piece of meat, had old avacado spread and tasted weird so I couldn’t even finish it."

"Would not recommend the Jimmy John's in Buford. This is the 3rd time we've gone and they've messed up our order. I ordered a veggie gargantuan and this is what I received. This 14$ sandwich usually lasts me 2 meals and should have avocado, lettuce, and more than one slice of cheese. I also ordered mustard...not there. I ordered for delivery and they told me they didn't have delivery drivers so I went and picked it up only to get home to this. I paid $14 for a piece of French bread. When I called, I was understandably upset when they told me I could come back and they would make me a new sandwich. Uh no...cancel the charge. I'm not taking another 30 minutes out of my day. I was then offered a credit for their store that I would just have to tell them my name...yea no. Unless your eating there and can hold them accountable, I would not go here."
