"My wife and I have eaten here 3 times in the last 6 weeks. We've fallen in love with their sandwiches. I've had their BLT and their chicken salad and have been very pleased. My wife has had their club sandwich and it was good as well. We'll probably be back to try more of the sandwiches in the next couple of weeks."

"Visited in a Tuesday night. Was not busy. Male server was not engaged in the process of serving, seemed like he would rather be anywhere but at work. Never checked in on us after taking the order, we had to literally get our own refills as he simply never was around. Food was good! Service - not so much. Reading other reviews this seems to be the pattern at this location, which is a shame."

"Where do I start? Ordered a Jack and Coke, they were out of Jack. Ordered fried pickles, they were out of pickles. Ordered nachos instead and they came completely wrong. Ordered a salad we never got it, but were billed for it. Ordered a burger and fries and it came without the fries or the sauce. To say the waitress was distracted and aloof would be a gross understatement. She could care less about her tables and was more interested in her phone. Had to go and get her twice to get things including something as similar as silverware as she never even checked in on us. Likewise the manager was nowhere to be seen. Food was wrong and there was no customer service or empathy toward the issues. The food we did get was actually really good. However, the abysmal service, lack of management, and the subpar appearance of the location did not make me want to go back. Nor did it make for a place I would recommend. I will say the drinks were great and the bar area seemed to be booming. Maybe the bar side was the place to be, but the actual tables were a joke."

"I love Famous Joe's. Every time my work takes me through that area, I make it a point to come down Hamilton Mill Road so I can eat there. The food is great, the beer is cold, and the people are friendly. But for me personally, it's the food. I'm kind of a glutton for bar food, but this really is a step above bar food. They have a very extensive menu with items that you would not typically consider to be bar food. And all of it is good. But the things that are bar food, like burgers or wings, are top notch. Especially the wings. Somehow they come out super crispy but not overcooked. In fact, sometimes when I go there for lunch, I have been known to order an extra meal to go and take it home for dinner that night."

"We have been wanting to try the food here for some time. Finally stopped by and had Easter dinner. Very delicious for a reasonable price!! The Chilli cheese fries were delicious and nice and spicy. The medium of the burger was spot on. Highly recommended if you are in the area! The pulled pork was fabulous and the baked potato was perfectly done."
