"I was traveling but didn't have time to stop by my regular shop... so I decided to stop on the road...WORST DECISION I made was stopping at this shop. Although the techs were pleasant, their skill set in SNS was nonexistent. I implore of them to get additional training before subjecting anyone else to this poor level of a service."

"I was satisfied with the gentleman who did my manicure, but the elder woman who did my pedicure, was so rough when handling my feet. She filed my skin so hard (which was not necessary) that it broke the skin. I freaked out, knowing if you have cuts, open skin, you should not receive a pedi. I tried avoiding putting my foot back in the water. It's been 3 weeks & still I have a scab & pain on my pinkie toe. If you go, be sure to ask her to be very gentle."
