"Updated review - they called me and tried to make it right and were happy to accommodate a new manicure - I am out of town and was only there for Thanksgiving holiday but appreciate the effort. Thanks! ... Had a lovely experience in the salon- friendly staff, clean, organized. However my gel manicure chipped and peeled within 5 days. It was very soft and on day 7 I was easily able to peel all of it off like colorforms. I imagine it was the polish brand but I don’t remember the name- G something? Very strange! 3 stars for great customer experience and minus 2 for the unfortunate aftermath."

"I wasn’t going to leave a bad review because I hate doing that but I don’t like my nails there’s bubbles all in my gel paint because they clearly wasn’t dried yet ! The guy was nice but I asked for coffin and each of my nails is a different shape also wanted them longer but he had already decided my length when he cute the first one ! Also, I’m used to paying $150 for extensive nails that have designs on every nail and these are a simple color and shaped wrong and I was charged $105 !"

"I am so upset. I came in with nails I loved that I just needed a fill in for. I left paying $65 with horrible nails. I was already shocked it was $45 for a fill in but can’t believe they charged me $20 more. I have to go to a different salon tomorrow and get brand new nails so I’m out a lot of money and in pain. The man from the start was ignoring what I was saying and just did whatever he wanted while he looked at the clock every 2 minutes. He was sloppy and kept hurting my fingers. I kept saying not to change the length or shape or color and he changed EVERYTHING! Not to mention that every single nail is now a different shape and length and he painted them and there are weird grooves, bubbles, and HAIRS! Disgusting he would even let me leave like this with weird hairs in my nails. Very unsanitary and he was reusing dirty tools on me. I should not have been charged for this hack job."
