"I’ve gone to coco nails for the past 2 years and have always had amazing service/nails. However, I went yesterday and a new person started removing my dip color and she slipped on one finger. Didn’t say anything to me and continued working, when she put the alcohol with the foil to remove the rest my finger was burning so bad. When I finally got to look at my hands I realized she had ripped my nail to the bed when she had slipped. When I went to the owner she said “my nail had lifted under the color” and I know for a fact it wasn’t. The fact that they didn’t take responsibility for the mistake and still charged me for a removal is beyond me. After being a regular they have lost my service."

"Only giving 3 stars because of the pedicure, I asked for coffin shaped nails, even showed a picture of the preferred shape after realizing they were more square than coffin. He assured me that he would shape them more after applying the dip. Once he started filling he could tell I was not pleased and said my nails were too wide to do the shape I wanted (a shape that I've had done at another salon tons of times). Not to mention I have several cuts on my fingers from the file. I will not be back and I would certainly not recommend anyone else coming here. First picture is what I asked for, second is what I received."
