"We ask that they not put gel on our toes, and they did. We each told our technicians several several times not to. Neither spoke English and unfortunately one of them was older and I think handicapped??? No hot towel on the legs or lotion. With polish ( which I once again said no gel) and soaking, a little scrubbing, the whole thing took 10 minutes. And then they charged us 45$ instead of 35$. He did not do a good on my fingernails. Once again no lotion, no hot towels. Did not even fix my cuticles we asked for a manicure and gel nails. All total they charged us 175$ ( or close to that it was almost 200$. ) it was not until we were going home that we started discussing the cost and unfortunately the service. I have always had great service but not this time. Tracy used to do my nails but I can never book her anymore. Anyway I don't think my sister and I'll be back. There are way too many nail places in Rome that will appreciate our business."

"My toes were cut in 3 places then I said STOP! My daughters nail tech just up and left the job leaving her feet covered in wax and wet towels, we had to ask for someone to finish. Owners could not provide proof of license and did not apologize for the poor service. Everyone just keep lowering your expectations and you will be good with poor service, lack of skills, and no monitoring of licensure of nail salon owners and workers. This is our America now."

"So I normally do not write negative reviews, but this warrants one. I walked into USA nails at 6:28 and asked if it was too late to get a gel mani, the owner of course said no it’s not. Then I was seated with this guy that looked to be new and very bothered to do my nails. I showed him where I had broken two nails, and after he filed them, I asked him to make them even or put on two tips so they would look even. He then proceeds to rudely say “why you don’t tell me earlier”? Excuse me sir, I should have told you to file my nails evenly? As you can see below the nails look ridiculous if they are not the same length. I told him I did not want the gel polish and just a manicure was fine. This is what I walked out with. No lotion no clean up. The worst part? The owners saw me end my appointment, with no concerns of why. Or the worst part maybe I still paid $15 + tip for the horrendous nails that someone else will have to fix. I come here because Kennesaw and Atlanta are becoming too much of a mission to drive too, but save your money and go to any other salon where they will treat you decently."

"I’m a long time customer of the nail salon and i will never go back after this last time. I asked for black nails with chrome on top. She did it and asked if i like it. I said yes and she made a disgusted face then proceeded to add more making my nails completely purple except the borders were black so they looked dirty. I went back to get just black since they looked terrible and was told i would have to pay unless they just do a black coat over it. I said okey to the coat of black and it’s already peeling off an hour later."

"First time here. Loved it. Will be back. The lady that did pedicure was meticulous, gentle and did a great job. The man that did manicure was also great and meticulous with my cuticles. Came around 10 on Saturday and no wait Gave four stars because I think all staff should smile warmly being from the South. I would have loved for the manicurist to switch sides of chair versus me twisting around"
