"They rush through the process just so they domt keep others waiting too long. My nails are lumpy and crooked. 1st red flag was that the lady didn't care for cuticles, she didn't clean them up or trim them, instead she just went ahead and started filing the top base of my nails and got right to gluing... 2nd some of my nails aren't even and are crooked and a bit lumpy... 3rd she did a horrible job at painting my nails, there are some areas that were missed... Overall, I won't be returning..."

"Great customer service but terrible job on nails. Poor painting techniques and nails were lumpy. I was there for over 2 hours to get a fill and pedicure. And it looks horrible. Money and time wasted on a Friday and my nails still jacked. The lady offered to fix the polish but I had to come back later. I will not be going back"

"Idk how I even gave it 2 stars to be honest I think only because of the woman that tried to fix my nails. Usually I'm the kind of person if it's a kind of small problem I'll leave it alone but I've never had an experience like this one.. I went on today Friday the 15th I walked in at 6 pm an didnt leave until 8 pM. Mind you they close at 730. When I walked in a older woman greeted me and motioned for me to have a seat at her table after I told her I wanted acrylic nails with gel polish and had a picture of how I wanted them. Then she began on my nails. 1st when she glued the plastic tips on she put them on crooked and when I pointed it put to her she told me she would file them to be straight before she put the acrylic and after. So I said ok. Then she cut them to the length i wanted and put the acrylic on. When she did that and filed my nails i pointed out to her all my nails where slanted and some were completely crooked. She then filed them a little and said she fixed them so I asked for someone else to shape them and she said none else was available and pulled my hand to her to continue. Well as she started painting the tips I told her they weren't going far enough down but she ignored me and continued bu the time she was done and putting the clear coat on I was completely unhappy. I asked for someone else to fix them because I was unhappy and a younger woman then shaped them and repainted them I wound up having to get a sompletly different design with my whole nail black which I didnt want and still had to pay the full price. I've included pictures of the nail image I took off Google and what it looked like after they where done at Hong Kong nails and then what I actually wound up having to get.l"
