"Just don't. As I waited, I was picking my polish and kept being pressured to get gel. I declined, and he proceeded to take another person first. The lady at the first desk behind the register will seat you and then walk around looking lost until someone comes in that she WANTS to take. This is the third time over the last couple months this has happened. I would rather drive to Chatsworth and go to PT Nails---they have QUALITY products and professional staff members. Plus, the acrylics won't lift or break the following week from using cheap acrylic."
"I've use to go all the time love the guy who did my nails..I was told that the owner could not do my nails because she was allergic..note that she and her husband done them before no problem. The real reason she didn't do them was because she was waiting on the big tippers and she only pass off other customers to the other employees she didn't want to do. She targets white customers with fancy and expensive looking purses.. This was told to me by the workers there. I have not been back in 2 years.."
"Absolute worst paint job from the male nail tech with the tattoos, Vu! It took over 20 minutes to do a basic paint job, and the polish is all over the cuticles. This was AFTER I made him clean up the mess, and it still looks terrible. The service was awful. The name nail tech was so blatantly blasé, nonchalant, and could not care less! Everything about his work was sloppy and careless. He was too busy trying to put his earbuds in and finish his show on his iPad. It cost $5.00, and I only had a $20. I was then given change, and unfortunately gave him the $5, which he definitely did not deserve. Only reason why I tipped is because I'm not a terrible human being, but no way he deserved a 500% tip for this awful paint job. He refused to take my debit card b/c he would get charged for it. I will never come back. I ended up going to another place right after and having them wipe it off. He should not even have a nail license. AWFUL business. Look up Yelp reviews on this place! Beware!"
"Worst pedicure/manicure ever! They aren't very clean. They only wash off there tools and immediately use on someone else. That is a no no with state board rules. The pumice stone they use is never washed between guest. The spoon they use to get the scrub out with is stuck in the dirty foot bath water and washed off and reused again. I saw many more red flags while there. Please use caution when going. Never again will I go."
