NGAL Dog Park is a part of the Civic Center campus located at 9956 US Highway 27 in Rock Spring, Georgia. The campus spans nearly 20 acres and includes various facilities such as the Civic Center, Agricultural Center, Pavilion, walking trail, playground, and administrative offices for local organizations. The main building of the Civic Center features a large gathering space and stage, suitable for a variety of events. The Agricultural Center offers a large indoor arena, smaller multi-purpose rooms, a kitchen, and outdoor covered area. The Pavilion, located behind the main building, is available for rent and includes ample parking, a kitchen with double gas grill, and bathrooms. The walking trail on the campus includes exercise stations for public use. The North Georgia Animal League operates the off-leash dog park, which opened in 2010. The campus also features a helicopter landing pad and administrative offices for local chambers of commerce and economic development organizations.
