"If I could give 0 stars, I would. Vital Care is unprofessional and does not meet the basic standard of care. The nursing they provide is poor and lacks integrity. One of the nurses failed to infuse 1/4 of my dose of immune therapy. The other nurse lied to my face, pretending to change the infusion rate by faking pressing buttons - despite my alarming side effects and requesting the rate be lowered. They lack integrity and knowledge of infusion practices. They failed to take vitals during and after a human blood product infusion. This is DANGEROUS. Do not go here. Do not send patients here. The pharmacist is very rude when you have an issue."

"This pharmacy was the pharmacy chosen by my doctor for infusion of antibiotics. This is my second time using infused meds, and their service is top notch. I get the meds I need each werk with no delay. They called to make sure I wasn't experiencing adverse side effects. They answer calls promptly and are always able to provide the information I need."
