"I went to Claire’s with my mom because she wanted to find a new nose ring. When we walked in none of the workers greeted us (which is completely fine because I do understand being busy). We were there for ten minutes when my mom finally asked if anyone worked there because she couldn’t look at the nose rings she wanted. The lady said “yeah” very snarkily and acted like my mom was annoying her for asking her to unlock the cabinet. She then went to purchase the items and the woman told her the card machine was down after she already told her the price and my mom inserted the card. The woman so extremely rude to my poor mother who just wanted to make a purchase and spend her hard earned money. No one should be treated like that if they are making a purchase. We took our business elsewhere, but claires should really think there customer service. It is really upsetting to see a store I grew up going to give someone such bad service."

"Came here to get my 5 year old daughter's ears pierced at 12:15, 2/18/22. Somebody was getting done as we walked in, so we waited at the register and when she was done checking them out, made a call on her cell phone and then did some texting. Then she asked how she could help, I told her we were there for an ear piercing and she said "you'll have to wait". There was 1 other person in there checking out and that was it. A few minutes later she walked over there and said "you can come over here now" and then proceeded to stare out the window while she listed off the prices while holding the box towards herself, instead of where we could easily see them. No eye contact, no smile, just rude. So I tried to tilt it to see better and she said "do NOT touch this, you're not allowed". I got my daughter and walked out. She was very unprofessional and VERY rude. Why have a job in customer service if you're just going to have a sour attitude?"
