"I felt rushed because he had another appointment after me. I asked for a shadow fade and gave me an even all around. The place is still a comfortable environment and they do a great job to make you feel welcomed. I just wish he would actually put the effort to give me what I asked for especially for $30. I would have been a consistent customer. I did receive a hot towel but even with that the haircut is the most important thing. I would think being a new customer it takes time getting the haircut style wanted."

"Excellent customer service, masterful skillset, and a relaxing, family oriented atmosphere. I have no problem taking my son (and daughter) into this establishment - which is very important to me. I have gone to barbers in the past who would agree to appointments, but not honor them. If you make an appointment here, you are in at or within minutes of your scheduled time. Because of this, I can plan my day with confidence. Your patronage is appreciated and valued without a doubt. U Barber Parlor is my spot."
