Me: "How much do you charge for a 9 year old and a 4 year old?" Barbershop Employee: "Twenty". Me: "$20?" Barbershop Employee: "Yeah". It might just be me, but that was very poor customer service. Sounded like I woke him up, even though the shop is open, and it's almost Noon. I will NOT be taking my children here, or referring to anyone who is in need of a barber."
