"My son arrived last friday afternoon for a haircut. His hair was already high and tight for the military, so all he needed was a clean up. After a rushed fifteen minutes at best he had to go back and ask for his sideburns to be trimmed. His neck was never shaved, and not asked if he needed his eyebrows trimmed. His card was charged forty dollars. I could understand if it was Great Clips at the mall but for what you charged versus delivered is an embarrassment. I frequent Baberia in Marrietta. $45, a solid 30 min. time slot and a quality experience that influences someone to return time after time. Maybe the Black Tie barber was having a bad day, but being the owner of a small business myself, we are only as secure as our last job done. I encourage you to take this as constructive criticism and let this be a reminder to all of us business ownwrs to always deliver our best."

"I did a walk-in just to get my neck tapered, no more than 3 inches up. I usually wear my hair short but I now have soft locs and where my hair is short I've just cut the hair really low. I made the mistake of not asking how much. My total was $30. What a rip-off."

"So I have been going to a different barber for 3 years, and cut off that barber, and came here for the first time a week ago. Mr. Ira cut my hair and I was immediately amazed because before saying a word he knew exactly what I wanted from the type of fade, to hair level, beard trim and all. Which tells me off the bat that he loves his job and takes pride in what he does. The cut came out great, but I can't write a review after just one time, so I came in today and he cut it again and I mean Mr. Ira can cut some freaking hair he did a phenomenal job and takes pride and cares about who sits in his chair. 10/10 recommend this barber to anyone looking... no matter the age come on in and get the best cut!"

"Not gonna front, I am not an easy customer. But I walked into this shop and was pleased with the service and professionalism. Being female, there are some barber shops that don’t know how to deal with or cut ladies hair but Mr. Mark knows what he is doing. He took my hair tie and put my hair up , I gave him minimal directions and he was able to execute exactly what I wanted, quickly too. Thanks."
