"I am not sure how the price says $25 for a women’s haircut and I was charged $38. I used their “first time client discount” which took it to $28. I did not get a shampoo, nor was my hair even completely blow dried. I understand it says “25 +up” but an extra $13, for what…? I’m very confused as to how trimming my existing layers takes the price to an additional $13. There was nothing out of the norm done to my hair, nor did I get any kind of hair treatment. I still left a tip because I’m just that kind of person as I have worked in service before. I was way too tired to argue, but I definitely feel like it was dishonest. I am searching for a salon as I have just moved to GA and will keep searching. I’d rather pay more than to have someone overcharge me than what is listed. Haircut was okay. There are areas that are longer than the other side."

"I had a wash, cut and style with Kit. He was very pleasant. The price is the most reasonable I had seen in the area, but the work is quality (when you see affordable prices these days, you almost question if the quality is less than desirable since inflation is everywhere and being taken full advantage) but they did exactly what I asked and charged just like the list price said. She even added a first time discount! I like that you can manually enter the tip amount instead of just being prompted a percentage. Great job, thanks Kit!"
