"Says walk ins welcome on the door and was not welcomed. They literally had no line and was working on one person each and I was told I had to call and make an appointment. That Jamaican barber was extremely hostile, I would have decked him honestly, don’t go to these funny acting foreigners."

"I came to this place based on the good reviews. But it was a total disappointment. When I joined the line, there were 2 people before me. Then the barber took 2 other people. One specifically came while I was waiting and said he was just there for a beard cut, then left and came back he was cut before me. I left without getting any haircut. Will never come here again. Bad way of doing business about 2 hours wasted time. If I could give zero star, I would have. I'm very disappointed. Don't go there unless you know the barber."
"Started with a phone call, ended with a great experience. My barber was Floyd and got to say he was awesome. The barber shop is very clean and welcoming. The other barbers even take the time to acknowledge and greet you when you enter. Definitely recommend and will definitely visit again anytime I am back in the area."
