"I had trouble finding the place as I'm not good with navigation and have not been living in Atlanta very long. I arrived about 10 minutes late. The tardiness was my fault. However, the barber was still working on his previous client. So I politely asked the front desk if I should reschedule since I was late and it's going to be even later before I get started. This was during the work day and I had a meeting to get to. The barber decided to comment at me from the other side of the room, where he was working on someone's beard, that I would need to pay for this appointment if I reschedule. He is in the right there - I was late and if I rescheduled I should pay for it - but I would have preferred more courteous conversation about estimating when we could get started. So I asked how long the wait would be and he said one minute. I finally sat down in the chair about 10 minutes later. He cut my hair and then in the middle of it decided to walk out of the barber shop. He had not touched the top of my hair, touched the sideburns or showed me the haircut.. I think he was having a bad day and maybe offended that I was so willing to reschedule. I never met him before so it wasn't personal. It was just calendaring. We had not had a conversation during the whole time. I was in the chair, so this wasn't a case of me being a rude customer - It's simply unprofessional behavior by the barber.. Thank goodness another barber, Sunny, was there to finish the cut. She was polite and professional. Overall, I'm sure this is a nice place with lots of great barbers, but this specific experience was the worst barber experience I have ever had and I'm in my 40s."

"Ron was excellent, I showed early for the appointment and he started right away even after I insisted he didn't have to. He was very attentive to my instructions and had the knowledge and skill to provide me with one of the best haircut and beard trims I've ever had. He was very personable and his communication throughout the haircut was excellent. He even took time along the way to teach me tips for maintenance and touch ups between cuts. I was highly satisfied with the service Ron provided."
