"Would not use world-class barber shop again. Explained that I needed a great trim for my full/long beard as I was testifying in court. Was assured on the phone & when I arrived that they would provide skilled beard barber. I showed the barber photos of what I wanted with full mustache all the way down to the lip line and full/long beard. He said he understood. The barber trimmed my beard and mustache completely with electric clippers rather than using comb & scissors leaving my mustache lopsided and even the beard hair on the side of my face/temples was left 1/2 inch longer on one side. After getting in my car and looking in a detailed mirror and seeing the substandard job, I went back in to explain to the owner & the barber that if they can't skillfully trim beards and mustaches, they shouldn't offer the service. And if they're gonna trim long/full beards and mustaches, they likely need to be charging more than $15!"
