"I’m sure the haircuts here are great, if you could ever get one. Tried 2 days in a row to come get my haircut with no luck. I have this thing called a job that prevents me from coming in at 11am, so I tried coming in after work and no one was there. The hours state they’re open, but the door was locked and nobody was there. Look, I get not being able to staff the location, but if you’re going to advertise being open, then stay open! Otherwise, provide a way for people to make appointments (this is not possible in the app). Looks like this is a theme based on all the other recent reviews. If the owner reads this, you need to get your store in order or just shut it down. Just ridiculous."

"Terrible with the customer service. Apparently someone else had the same complaint. I came in 40 minutes before closing, and they were finishing up a customer. I had checked in 10 minutes prior. But the lady rudely yelled out we’re done for the day, we are open tomorrow. I barely had my foot in the door. Today is May 21st by the way."

"Today on my way home from work I decided to stop in for a touch up at 6:25. I know it was close, but 10min and I'm done. I walk in and greeted with smile and sorry but we're not taking anymore. I explained that the app said walk-ins welcome. The stylist behind her snapped back "No, the app said to call first". So yeah, I doubt I'll be going back again. That means my 2 sons and brother won't be either. Oh well."

"They are all very good at what they do friendly and helpful. Checking in online works much better than having to wait for 30 -60 minutes. Sign in with the app select your stylist or first available and the app let's you know when to arrive at the place.. it couldn't be easier. The price is right for a haircut make sure to tip the girls good!"
