"Feb 14, 2024 I called @ 9:27am to follow up on a prescription refill. As I asked very simple questions, this individual named Tasha, voice tone was immediately rude and unwelcoming. When I addressed her tone, she became agumentative and spoke over me (the customer). She stated, "people just don't know what we have to go thru" this had nothing to do with me but no worries, I will be using different pharacy in the near future. If TASHA don't like HER job then go elsewhere as this was totally uncalled for."
"Horrible!!!! Pharmacy!!! Had me get out of my car to drop off prescription, I was in excruciating pain. Only to go inside and wait in a long line with one person on the phone and the other person being rude to customers… it’s sad I had to travel outside of my area in order to get my prescription filled in a timely manner.
