"a store that offers the service of taking passport, visa type photos among others and does not have a functional camera for that service. I was in that store to take some passport type photos that I need. They realize that the camera has not worked for 2 days, it is damaged and they do not have any more cameras. What a bad service and a lack of attention in the store. I will continue searching for another store to see if I can take passport-style photos. This is the second store and it has not been possible"

"I used to use this Walgreens to fill all of my prescriptions, but out of nowhere the pharmacist refused to fill anymore prescriptions for me. This came down from coperate, but the way the pharmacist handled the situation was very unprofessional. I have legitimate prescriptions written by my double board certified doctor that knows a lot more about medicine than a pharmacist, and I get the occasional need to call the doctor if they have questions about my medications. However, they did not even try to resolve this issue with corporate and instead essentially told me to get lost and that I’m not welcome in their store. None of my prescriptions are anything crazy either. Plus, they filled the same prescriptions for years without any issues. Corporate Walgreens needs to handle this issue IMMEDIATELY!!! It is stupid to run off loyal customers because I don’t meet the right quota for the types of medications they fill. Please do yourself a favor and take your valuable business elsewhere where it will actually be appreciated. The whole situation is so discouraging for a patient with significant health issues such as myself, and the way the pharmacist handled the situation was completely inappropriate."

"Maliaka has POOR CUSTOMER SERIVE. She is the first point of contact being she is the checkout clerk. She didn’t speak when I approached to pay for goods and had a disregarding demeanor."

"Purchased some cough syrup for my kids on 8/8 and on 8/9 found out about the lawsuit they have about cough syrup that they sell and causes overdoses for kids and caused many children deaths so as the lawsuit states they are selling adult cough syrup with kids label and they have been doing this for years the lawsuit was released June 2023 I took the medicine back and spoke with the store manager and no reaction from the store manager asked him to return the medicine and he didn’t even refund me my whole purchase and stated that he doesn’t even know about the lawsuit I showed the article that was published on CNN and other websites and his response was oh well I didn’t know about this…. No apologies it felt like he doesn’t care at all about kids safety or about my concern he finally returned one of the items that I purchased…. This is not acceptable how Walgreens are responsible for many kids deaths all Walgreens should be paying for this and they should be shut down immediately."
