Sunglass Hut

"Horrible management from Misty Arnold. Talks trash about other employees, lies, cheats Macys out of their goal by transfers. She also brings her home drama to work. No one trusts her nor does her manager Racheal do anything when employees ask for a meeting to rectify the problems. I have never met such a two face person like this in my life. Her Kisok is a mess as well. She will not step up and work in Macys as she does not know how and also has drama with Macy employees. She’s afraid of the Macy’s store. What a joke of a person or manager. The only reason she still works at the mall is because she has everything wrapped around her lying fingers she lies to her main boss as well. This is why she cannot keep a good team. All the employees were great!! So sad that a person cannot trust, or train her employees. She has to be stopped and another manager needs to step in. Five out of five starts for the Macys store as we all had to train ourselves there but the work ethic and environment was great as she never was down there. Fire her immediately!!!"

"I went by there about 2 weeks ago and bought a $280 pair of sunglasses which they rung up the wrong ones on my receipt so 2 weeks later they faded out from black turned a white color and I took him backup there after purchasing the $19 protection plan where they told me I would pay $40 to replace them if anything ever happened to then well I went back To exchange them and they told me that I did not get those sunglasses from there that they were not real coastas They sold me a knock off pair of sunglasses and tried to say I did not buy them there pretty much saying I was trying to rip them off"
