"Me and my husband had a couples deep tissue massage today. To be honest it was very lackluster. The women were very nice, friendly and they made us feel comfortable! Which was great! In mine there was no consistent pressure and found that in some areas there was no pressure at all. I found myself pretty bored. We paid extra for deep tissue and it wasn’t very deep. My husbands was mediocre at best. We were left a bit disappointed. We also suspect it wasn’t the allotted time we paid for."

"The spa experience at Sundays Day Spa has left me deeply dissatisfied, primarily due to the behavior of the owner, Sunday. Not only did I encounter rudeness, unprofessional and racism by the owner. The service I received did not align with what was advertised on the website. Upon expressing my concerns, Sunday offered a redo a month later. However, from the moment she addressed me, I sensed an issue, which created an unwelcome atmosphere. As we proceeded to the room, her first words were, "So you complained," catching me off guard. To my dismay, she continued with, "I can understand why the young lady did not give you a scalp massage; look at the texture of your hair." This comment, coupled with her overall demeanor, made me very uncomfortable and hesitant to proceed with the facial. As the session commenced, it became apparent that Sunday's behavior was affecting the quality of the service. Her comments about the texture of my hair not only felt discriminatory but also completely irrelevant to the spa experience. This unprofessional commentary added an unnecessary layer of discomfort, eroding any sense of relaxation or enjoyment I had hoped to derive from the facial the day before Thanksgiving. With positive google reviews, I was completely sadden by my overall experience with establishment."
