"I have been here once before and they did an incredible job on my haircut. Not too long ago, I tried to book an appointment to get my hair cut and colored they told me they were booked for Thanksgiving that someone would reach out to me after... I get it you're busy. But noone reached out to me I provided my number and never got a call or text or anything. I'm so disappointed with this salon because they do such a great job but the customer service is lacking. I will be getting my hair done elsewhere for now on."

"I love love love this salon! It is so well kept and clean everytime I come in. The stylists are fantastic and very polite. They really want you to have a nice relaxing time at the salon. The decor is very chic and modern, which is a nice feel for a salon. Their prices are very fair and they always use the best products. I have to say personally Brittany is my favorite stylist, she does amazing things with vivid colors! But of course Zach and the other girls do a wonderful job as well! This is a great salon for the whole family."
