"I went back to this branch today. The gentleman who took me said that he remembered me from before. He asked if I was going to tip him today. I honestly thought he was joking. He made it sound like I was rude for not tipping him from before. He said he expected a tip from before and this time because he said he didn't work for free. Not wanting to cause trouble, I gave him the biggest tip the computer would allow at the end. Unfortunately, I will not be going back to this great clips ever again if their employees are allowed to belittle their customers so publicly."
"This location is a good place. The stylists are very professional but the clients are very disrespectful! They don't trust the stylist that they come to get a haircut with. Some of the stylists have been cutting hair for years. The clients come in and treat the stylist like they are students. Which is not respectable! Great Clips was created to offer professional services at affordable prices. You will not find any other salon at this price. It's hard to keep a stylist at Great Clips because most clients are rude and very very disrespectful! And they don't TIP!! My review on clients"
