When you request an appointment with her, she send you this fun questionnaire that you can customize your experience. If you don't feel like talking that day you can opt out, I added the scalp treatment. It was amazing! So refreshing and relaxing. Before she started she used this scalp camera and OH MY! I learned I needed to scrub it better, she also showed me areas where my hair is affected by my thyroid. She is so knowledgeable about hair! Then she styled my hair and gave me all the tips on volume and how to achieve this at home. THIS IS THE BEST MY CURLY HAIR HAS EVER LOOKED. Then she sent me home with a kit/gift with a FULL size scalp scrub in it, amongst other things. I am elated by this experience. The vibe, everything was amazing! I cant wait to go back!"
