"I had a wonderful experience at this salon. I knew just from the communication and good customer service I needed to leave a positive review. I originally texted asking for an appointment but our time wasn’t aligning. I asked can I walk-in and was told yes with a specific time to come. I got small/ medium waist length knotless braids. Israela did the front of my hair and Sandra did the back. My braids are so neat and the parts are straight. I’ve had two bad experiences before from another establishment and this is by far the best hair braiding service I’ve received. The atmosphere is so calming and relaxing. The salon was neat and clean. The ladies were inviting and so sweet. I will definitely be returning!"

"i went to star braiding last week, i got boho knotless. i fell into the tiktok trend. my experience started off good my hair looked good from the front but in the back they made my parts super big with small braids- compared to the small parts in the front i expected the same for the back. also most of my curls have fallen out and tomorrow makes a week i've had this hairstvle- as if the curls weren't braided down enough they come out super easily you barely even have to tug on it. i paid S300 however i don't think it was worth it i asked for thigh length and they braided it mid back and the rest of the hair is just handing so it can be thigh length. so my hair was rushed- my opinion. but over all i thought i had a good experience until i saw the back of my head and my curls on the floor-i don't think ill go back because my the quality isn't up to par in my opinion"

"Customer service is good because they tried to resolve issue and gave me a partial refund but my hair still looks horrible. they only know how to braid with synthetic hair. They could have been honest with me and said they didn’t not know how to do 100% human hair braids. But instead they did my hair and ruined the hair. They tried to fix it but my hair looks a mess. One hour after, getting it done my hair was unraveling from middle and cause knots in my hair. Now I have to find someone to do my hair and buy more hair."

"I had such a great experience I wanted to leave a review. I reached out last night to try and schedule an appointment but was told there was no availability until next week. Luckily for me someone canceled and I was contacted to come today. I was given a price over the phone based on the style I wanted and the price was the same when my hair was completed. Multiple ladies assisted in doing my hair which I was fine with because these braids are LONG! The atmosphere was very welcoming and professional. The ladies did a great job at making me feel welcome and valued as a customer. Sandra was the braider on the front of my hair, Patricia did most of the back. They both did an excellent job with the braids and they are uniform and beautiful. The parts are super clean. The braids also are not too tight to where my head hurts or feels like my hair would be ripped out. The establishment was inside a place that houses other businesses so the space was a little small. Overall, I love my hair. I loved the affordability and the customer experience I received. I will definitely go back and I would recommend to anyone looking for affordable, beautiful, well done braids."
