"Very unprofessional. The worst experience I have ever had. I have patronized this business for the last three years. I have never been treated like this. I called the owner to schedule an appointment. She answered the phone and told me that the date I provided was fine. She asked me to send a picture of the braiding style I wanted. I texted her on August 29, 2023. I provided pictures and videos of what I wanted, which was Fulani braids in the front and crochet hair in the back. After I sent the information, the owner never responded. I waited until the weekend to stop by the shop to speak to someone. When I arrived, I knocked on the door several times, and a young lady appeared. I asked her if someone would be available to braid my hair. The young woman asked if I called and I said, yes. I was told to send what I wanted. The young lady told me to call or text the owner again. I texted the owner, but no response. On the day of my appointment, no one was there. I called the owner and she told me she never received a text with the hairstyle I wanted. I ended the call in complete disbelief. I checked my texts and the phone number and it was a complete lie! To the owner, please get some customer service training because the way you treated me was awful and you don't deserve any reviews. THE WORST SERVICE, EVER! I wasted my time and gas trying to bring you business."

"❌AVOID THIS HAIR SHOP AT ALL COST!❌ The braider are always late, she was late more than once (never on time) she braided my hair very poorly, was late to our appointment and had me waiting outside. Additionally she rushed my appointment to finish in time yo start another client. After seeing my hair I said respectfully I don’t like how my hair was braided and told her it was not the size I requested and the parts were very poorly done. To be respectful to her since another client walked in and she had already started another head. We texted and agreed that she would redo my hair. She proceeded to ask what day would be great for me, I said Tuesday, after not responding for 4 days I asked the Monday before if i10:30am tomorrow works. She proceeded to ask me to reschedule the appointment because she had another client who booked that time. Why did it take you 4 days of not responding to say that? Unprofessional. Anyhow I proceeded at that point to text and call for a refund, she blocked my number and never responded. The sister called my phone 60 times in 30 minutes to threaten me and disrespect me. This hair shop, Ramataa (the sister with the black mold on her forehead) and her sister yodays are numbered as a business."

"Rhama is a great stylist and she’s very friendly . Rhama also braids really tight so let her know up front you don’t want it too tight because you’re tender headed or whatever the case may be.They always do a good job. It is a little upsetting that some styles I like they don’t do them but that’s understandable at least they are being honest but overall.... great work!!! Also they include the hair if you don’t have time to grab any."
