Tony's Dominican Hair Salon

"I called this salon today to find out if a stylist by the name of Lena was in today to try to book an appointment with her. I was recommended to this salon by my mother who got her hair done recently by Lena. I have never been to this salon nor called this salon prior to today, but the manager (not sure his name) was convinced I had been calling this salon every week asking for Lena. I have no idea who he has confused me with, but he began yelling at me on the phone asking me what my relationship was with Lena and why I was calling every week for Lena. I tried to tell him I had never called before today nor been there or met Lena before I was just referred to her, but he continued yelling on the phone telling me I was lying and to never call again and etc.This is the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Needless to say I will never come to this salon nor will my mother."
