"I apologize for the previous review as I thought this was another salon that was very painful and gave me a bad style. However, I did not mind this experience. I didn’t like that my appointment was at 2 PM, but I had to wait until 3 PM to get service and there were African movies with loud screaming in the background, but other than that it was a good experience. Props to both Jojo and her son. I came here to get a loc re-twist. It took about 7 hours and while it was uncomfortable in some parts it wasn’t unbelievably painful and the pain was reasonable like the last retwist I had. I was able to get my homework done. It was about $160 total. Not bad service. I might come here again if I need Braids."

"I just want to say THANK YOU SO MUCH! Ms. JoJo. You showed what it means to go above and beyond for your customers. My mom came from out of town to get het hair done for a special trip. She went to Ouchless braids in Fayetteville. This was worst and painful experience ever, for my mom. My mom asked for crochet braids and this is what she got in the picture below. I told the stylist mom wasn’t satisfied, she said it’s not her fault it’s the type of hair we chose. Long story short… I went to Ms. JoJo and showed her moms hair, this beautiful sister took mom in immediately and redid her hair. Word can’t explain how grateful I am for JOJO turning a horrible experience into a beautiful one❤️ Look at the difference!!! JoJo slayed!"

"received soft locs from JoJo Braids. When I got my locs installed, they told me I should let them take them down when I was ready because I would risk cutting my own hair, if I tried to take down myself ($70 service). When I let them take down, the lady that was doing my hair, cut my hair in 2 places that I could see at the time. Ms. Jo told me that she combed through my hair to ensure that there were no other pieces that got cut but she lied. When I went to my regular hair stylist, she let me know that my hair was cut in the back, as well. I have always had long, healthy hair. I trusted JoJos but they cannot be trusted to do a good job or tell the truth. I will never go back."
