"I would give several negative stars if I could. Nancy , the owner, cut my hair. I showed her several pictures of what I wanted which was a very simple chopped bob. What I got was absolutely horrible. Nothing even closely resembling what I asked for. I went back in to see if it could be fixed but no one could do anything about it. She did give me a refund but told me to NEVER SHOW MY FACE IN HER SALON AGAIN. She need not worry about that."
