"I want to begin by stating that I did receive a full refund, and my eyelashes were removed the same day that I received them. I was going for a look that is outside the norm, and if it was on another client with different expectations, they may have not been as upset as I was. Upon arrival, I asked for a specific look and provided reference photos. My eyelash tech looked at them for less than a minute and then prepped me for the lashes. Halfway through my appointment, I had suggested for her to look at my reference photos again, however she declined. When she told me I was finished, I took a look at myself in the mirror, and they were not at all comparable to my reference photos. Not only was my eye glued shut, which resulted in her roughly ripping open my lashes, glue was also IN MY EYE. It was a horrible burning sensation that did not stop for more than 15 minutes. Every time I blinked, I could feel the stabbing sensation of the eyelashes, too. At some point during my appointment, the pair of tweezers she was using for my eyes fell on the ground, and I do not recall her disinfecting them. I went home and processed the situation and decided that they simply did not work for me and requested for them to be taken off in the same day. I was crying upon arrival, since I had never gotten my eyelashes done before and had an event that day to attend. When she saw I was crying, she laughed at me. :( I wasn’t met with an argument and was granted a refund.. However, I do not think I will be returning to this establishment. **Edit: When I confronted her about them looking different from my reference photos, it was only then that she told me she didn't understand how they achieved that look and that the establishment didn't have eyelashes that would fit that look. I wish that had been told to me BEFORE the eyelashes were put on."
