"Being a first time customer, my experience was great from the moment I called. Very friendly staff. Nicole was so receptive and prompt when answering my questions via text or phone call. The young lady who braided my hair did a wonderful job. Very neat and not tight. Lastly Porsha installed my weave and did such an amazing job. She provided recommendations for upkeep and maintenance.
