New Beauty Hair and Nails Spa

"Hello , I usually come here because the people are nice and I come when it is not crazy . Today is 5/23/22 . I am just now walking out . Today he cut me with the cuticle clippers and it hurt and I started bleeding a little but could not see my toe until he moved his hand . It was not a crazy cut but skin still broke. And as I am leaning over to see it he says did you cut yourself ? I said no I did not you cut me I did not have that. Then he used a nail file on it . I grabbed a cotton ball by myself and sprayed it with alocohol and cleaned my cut then he apologized . Then put the mail file in the drawer . This is very unsanitary. Then he charged me $30 for a regular pedicure and I did the most basic pedicure and didn’t even pick off the menu . It was more expensive than last time . I get gel manicure and regular polish on my toes all the time and I know the price . I have a small tip because I still find it hard not to tip but I did not want to tip especially him trying to play me on pricing . I straight up asked him why is this the price and he said 5 different things and contradicted himself then I pointed that out then he said it was for the Callus treatment . Which is included in a basic pedicure so I just paid and I don’t like to argue . I know the price isn’t a big deal. Because he carved 5-7$ more than usually maybe he was worried I wouldn’t tip after my cut . I usually tip very well even when I get basic nails . I do not do designs or tips just my natural nails. So I only gave a $3 because I don’t feel right leaving anything . I will not be returning here after seeing how my cut was handled . All I can think when I was sitting when he used a nail file without even trying to clean the cut first then put it in the drawer . I do not recommend anymore and it’s sad because I actually like this shop because it’s very peaceful compared to most nail shops that feel like a factory ."

"Great Job! Friendly staff. My nails have lasted over a month without lifting, or getting messed up without any fill ins. My nails still look great. I highly recommend this place."

"The people here are super friendly but they do poor work. I went to this salon for the first rime because my usually spot was closed that day so it served as an alternative. I got a pedicure and my mom did as well but i noticed they dont clean the pedicure bowl. After my mom finished another woman came in and sat in the same seat and used the same bowl though the bowl wasnt rinsed or wrapped. After doing the pedicure i tot acrylics not sure why they didnt do it at the same time but i didnt question it. Tom was sweet but all my nails were different lengths , 2 of my nails were crooked, and he didnt add enough glue therefore the nails only lasted about a week and a half. Like i said the people are nice but the work wasnt quality i definitely felt rushed and the pedicure felt unsanitary the only reason i went through with the pedicure was because i didnt notice any issues prior to getting it. Also they only have 1 nail tech and 1 pedicure so you might have to wait long depending on what you’re getting done."

"I LOVE this place and if I could give them more stars I would!!!!! I initially came in to get a nail repair and I've been coming back ever since. Tom does an outstanding job with my nails and really takes his time to make sure they're shaped to perfection and as natural looking as possible. They also have a nice variety of colors for regular, gel and powder polish to choose from. If you're looking for quality, I would definitely come here."

"Tom did a great job. He shaped my nails beautifully and even took the time to make them thinner so they looked more natural. Also, after two weeks, all of my nails are still on, strong as the day I got them! Usually by now I've lost one or two because I'm very clumsy and always snagging my nails, ripping then off before it's time for a fill. Not this time!! This is one of the only nail salons open before noon on Sundays and even earlier on Saturday. I will be back!"
