"All of the stylist there do amazing work but they have the worst customer service there. Everytime I go they’re short and not hospitable at all (especially Alexis). I’ve been going there for 3 years and when I tried to cancel an appointment because of a time change, they didn’t answer the phone, they didn’t reply to my message, and they (more specifically Zakiya) cancelled the appointment I made the week after making me unwelcome there from here on out. They need to change their customer service."

"I never go wrong going here. I got the Silk Press, Olaplex treatment, and Trim for $120. I got a different stylist this time but I highly recommend ANS owner Alexis which shes always busy, so the next one would be Zakiya. Zakiya can do some hair. I highly recommend Zakiya."

Your appointment is your appointment and you’re in and out within your slated time. My silk presses have never looked so good!
