"Negative Review: On March 12, Kia installed a wig unit for my wedding on March 21. The unit was installed with tape, as well as with an adhesive, which I thought was overkill. However, since this was my first experience with an install and I needed a new hairstyle before my wedding, I consented. Within a few days, my skin was on fire and I was in tears. I called incessantly, left voice mail messages, asking for help 3 days before my wedding. I even made an appt online, thinking that maybe she ignored my messages because she wanted me to pay. In desperation, I made an online appt and she subsequently canceled in which I didn't receive this cancellation before I traveled to her location only to discover no one was there. She could have at least returned my phone calls. I literally sat in the parking lot in tears, not sure what to do. I was so hurt that she didn't respond to my emergency. I started googling in the parking lot... Praise God, He led me to LaTina at Flawless Beauty in Lawrenceville. God heard my plea and place the right person in my path to fix this mess! LaTina felt sorry for me and had me to come in asap. She carefully removed the unit only to find open abrasions along my hairline. Because my wedding was days away, she suggested to place a new unit just passed the abrasions with an adhesive for sensitive skin. It was a success and LaTina at Flawless Beauty was a life-saver. I am an advocate for honest reviews and this situation warranted truth for other potential clients to know how Kia lacks empathy, thoughtfulness, professionalism, and compassion and only cares about money, and not her clients."

"I had clip in extensions and it looked very good. There was a lot of shedding with the hair product I purchased at the shop. I had never had a weave/extensions so wasn’t sure if I was sold a good product or not. I came once for wash and retightening the next time(4-5wks). I was told it was time to order hair again. The service was $150 for a wash and blow dry. No styling which I found odd. I was kind of rushed out after another client showed up. Additionally she told me she would call me to discuss hair to purchase and I never heard from her again. After spending $700 it seems like a phone call or text is warranted if you want to continue to have my business. I guess my business wasn’t worth a call so the extensions are gone and I’m done with that."
