"used to love coming here but I paid extra to have stones on my nails for an event and it’s been less than 24 hours and they’re gone :("

"I’ve been going to this nail salon for the past 3 years and as of recent, they have been sneaking in prices for their services at the end when you have to pay. They are not informative with their prices when you ask for a service. The first time this happened a few months back, I asked how much the girl how much two stones would cost of my mail, she replied “Don’t worry about it.” I thought since I’ve been going there for three years now, I didn’t worry about it because I trusted her word. At the end, she added a $17 charge for the stones. I was told not to worry about it and still charged at the end, she could’ve been clear with the price up front. Today I asked for a manicure and when the lady was going to put the nail polish on, I asked for gel and she should’ve told me that it would be $20 on top of my manicure price which was $16 but instead she added the cost at the end when I had to pay. I could have just gotten a full set instead but because they were not up front with the prices, I couldn’t make an informed decision."

"We love classy nails. Our favorite nail Tech is the Asian male. He does the best nails and takes his time. He is very skilled and crafted at his job. He also as a great personality. When he does nail, it last up to 3 weeks without chipping.we always leave satisfied with his service. I wish I knew his name and next time I will ask for his name. He is the only male there. We plan to go back very soon."
