"Worst salon I had ever gone to in my life. She was very nice and outgoing and I try to be polite as much as I can but she’s ignoring me so I’m here to review my experience. I wanted a highlight and EVEN show her the picture I wanted before she started. Then, she bleach my hair and that was it! When she told me it was going to be $320, I trusted her and continue to do it. But she messed up my hair which I paid ALOT for. She had asked me to come back and fix it but who would want to go back to the salon that messed up your hair. When I ask her for a refund or a partial refund, she told me she would REFUND ME back but never heard from her! I just wanted to say If you’re not going to do what you said, don’t said it then!"
