The lady that fixed my one broken nail complained because I was not a regular customer and charged me 20.00 for a polish application ( not color change ) I asked her why so expensive she relied that she did a color change , no ma’am you applied a color on top of my French manicure. I did not tip her due to price gouging. She was rude as well. Save your money and go somewhere that will appreciate your business."

"I love this place but I had the worse experience there. After my pedicure I noticed that on a couple of my toes I could see through the polish. I brought it to the technician's attention. She told me it was because my toenails were too dark. I never had this problem before as I use this shop all the time. I did not have time for a third coat which was her remedy. The technician displayed the absolute worst attitude when I paid. She threw my change on the counter and walked off. Never thanked me for my business. And when I thanked her, she never looked up. I am so disappointed as I thought I would use this place as my go to place. I had already recommended it to a friend. That was the first thing she said when I walked in "your friend came in yesterday"! Very disappointed that in our community our business is not truly appreciated."
