"Although we came to a resolution after the police was involved, I felt the need to voice my experience booking here. I booked a lash appointment with “Queen Lashes/ Iveth” through Instagram. She failed to communicate with me information about my appointment, her contact information, and on the appointment confirmation the address does not include a suite number/ city/ or zip code, so I circled around the back of the building for 20 minutes because that is where the GPS took me. Long story short- she DIDN’T show up for the appointment we had scheduled. The Google business number and Iveth’s business card number are incorrect. I called Melina who is the owner of the suite (her name is on the business) who gave me the run around, voicing how she is not responsible for the people working under her name although there are NO DISCLOSURES stating that. Basically if you are not her client, she does not care. I ended up having to call GCP so I could get my deposit back and put a stop to this unprofessionalism & malpractice which is a Terrible way of doing business. Nevertheless, I hope they figure out how important customer service is and put it to use."
