"Use to love this place. I let a lot slide after a few occasion my GEL full sets were not painted to my liking but this last visit I left without my nails done after they were removed because I told Steven he was making me bleed from the drilling equipment and my nails were different lengths. He removed them while talking about me in a different language not knowing I am fluent in multiple languages. Treat people kindly that are spending there hard earned money with you. My cuticles are now swollen and wasted an 1 1/2 without even getting my nails done."

"7/19/23@11:03 am I came in to get a fill in, I've been coming here for at least two years I've never had a problem until today. I signed in because the two workers Steven and Ella were busy with a client each and one was waiting I was told it would be about an hour -12:20 I see a lady who came in well after me who got a pedicure sit in Ella's seat(the lady with the tan bucket hat tan halter top and the tan shorts) -the one customer who was waiting was done and was leaving I stopped her and asked was the lady who came in after me in the seat before me she did a double take and said yes! I walked in and asked why wasn't I called and this lady came in after me -I was asked if I was sure! YES I'M SURE I'M SITTING IN THE WHITE CAR AT THE DOOR LITERALLY so I can see who comes in and out. Everyone in there is looking crazy -cool. One thing I will say is you should value your long time clients and have respect for their time and call when they are next especially when I said I'll stay I'll be in the car doing my work. It took a long time for me to find a nail shop home but I'll be DA$@ if I spend money where I'm looked over. Signed lost customer EDIT-there was only one other name before mine on that sheet and it wasn't for today -I made sure to look so I'll know how many was ahead of me and it was only lady sitting on the sofa. "The first time I came here I was turned away because they were to busy.(Which I took as a good sign) Today I came back and received Amazing service! She did the exact style I asked for. The pedicure was great I had an ingrown nail she removed with minimal discomfort! And great pricing! I see why they have such great reviews! I love my nails I'll definitely be back!"
