"deborah was horrible. never coming here again. she cut all of my friends hair off and said shes gonna do whatever she wants instead of letting my friend tell her the length she wanted. deborah if youre reading this, Is it a jealousy issue? luckily for you my friend is still hot. but you basically took her entire life away. thanks to you she posted a funeral for her hair, Do you see what you did deborah? are you happy now? didnt think so. NOBODY go to this place they DONT CARE!!!!!!! Edit: I take back my horrible review and i have changed it to 5 stars!!! Deborah is amazing and she made an amazing hair cut on my friend!! My friend looks oustanding and so did deborah so if you see this slide your number!!!"

"They hired a new hairstylist, who was not listening properly how I wanted my son's hair to be cut, she was doing it wrong and when I told her how to do it right, she told me to cut my son's hair at home however I wanted. She should get fired for insulting customers and not doing her job."

"They don’t respect online check-in, instead they prefer to take the person who walked-in first. Don’t rely on wait time which shows while checking online or text message you receive. I was the first in their waitlist but when I visited on my scheduled time, they had few more walk-in customers waiting in saloon. Today was my last visit to Great Clip."

"I knew better. Don’t be like me. I was in desperate need of a haircut since my stylist moved and even though I knew better, I thought I’d give it a try. I was right and my hair is hacked. She barely sprayed my hair while roughly dragging a plastic comb through it. I told her I had texturing product in my hair and she probably needed to wet it more and she acted like I didn’t say anything and kept going. I really wish I would have stuck with my gut, and I hope I can find someone local who can fix this without having to take my hair too short. Edit: I’m going to keep my one star rating for my hair, but I just found out the same woman who thrashed my hair has cut my husband’s hair & beard more than once and did well. Maybe only visit if you’re needing a barber?"
