"This place only has a 5-star rating over all because they make you leave the review standing in front of them before you leave. I went in last Friday (1/5/24) for a brow lamination and lash lift. My lashes are definitely curled, but they're curled at the very end, so they look shorter than when I went in. And when she (the owner) shaped my brows after the lamination, she cut them really choppy and left several hairs behind after the wax. The roots of my brow hairs look like Nike swishes, and a lot of the hair is completely kinked. I had to stop at Walgreens and buy tweezers and a spoolie to fix them when I left. This was my first time getting anything like this done, and I can safely say never again. Completely ruined the experience. This is why I do things myself. Definitely not worth the $300 I spent, and I wish I could get my money back."
