"Do not get your natural hair done here. There are hair stylist.. And then there’s braiders. Sara? is just a braider. Judging by the other 1star reviews of her natural hair care.. she’s very comfortable taking payments for terrible work. Left my hair in shambles. Felt like I had to coach her through how to do a detangle, shampoo, and deep condition. Literally coaching. Our hair is our crown and deserves to be treated with respect. It’s very upsetting how this terrible experience has been on my spirit :/ I really hope Sara? takes time to educate herself on how to be a natural hairstylist (or remove those services as options)."

"I wouldn’t give any stars - Horrible service the owner of the salon is very unprofessional and rude she takes advantage of kids and other people with her prices and the service that she gives doing hair unacceptable !!! I paid her $55 she was supposed to refund my money back & I just pay for the shampoo is she washed my daughters hair and that’s the only good thing she did. This hair style was done 6/26/2022 today is 6/27/2022 is this worth $55 hell no refund my money your business will never grow doing shady things !!!"

"My son found this salon online and made an appointment to have his hair washed and completed with a two strand twist. In going by the reviews I figured it would be well done and didn’t question it. I was shocked when he got home as the quality of the work was poor for $75. His hair has never been done by me or any other salon and look like a hot mess. I should have known it was gonna be a bad outcome as they had him washed, twisted and complete within an hour. There was zero care or value in the work that was done. I am so disappointed in the quality of work, I will never use this salon again! I will drive the hour to Sandy Springs and hang around in the area for several hours than entertain this level of madness. His hair looks dry and bristly. None of his twists are lying flat. Looks like a quick twist ones mom will do but complete later. Never again will I have him come here. Clearly braiding is your thing and not grooming natural hair. Beyond disappointed with the service and end result."

"The ladies at Cleopatra Hair Salon are so nice!! They do an amazing job. They treat all their clients with respect and are very soft when handling hair. As a first time customer they were very polite. Sandra was a beautiful soul and was gentle and didn’t complain about how thick my hair was. I live very far but the shop is around the corner from my job! They are worth the drive, time and money. Please support these hard working ladies."
